You may request deletion of personal information associated with an enquiry, booking or WhatsApp conversation handled by Palau Dive Adventures.
Email reservations@palaudiveadventures.com with the subject line Data deletion request. Include the name and email address or WhatsApp phone number used to contact us, plus enough detail for us to locate the relevant record.
Do not send passport, payment-card, medical or other sensitive information in the request.
We will confirm receipt, take reasonable steps to verify that the requester is entitled to make the request, and explain the outcome. In some circumstances, we may need to retain limited information for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or booking obligations.
This page covers WhatsApp enquiries processed through the Palau Dive Adventures LeadFlow workflow when that feature is enabled. It does not alter WhatsApp’s own privacy controls or Meta’s handling of information under its own policies.
